How long does a custom pre-order take?
Each unit is handcrafted with care and made-to-order unless otherwise stated. Pre-Order Units: Require 14–30 business days for completion (excluding weekends and holidays).
What's the difference between Pre-order and Ready-to-Ship?
Pre-order units are built one at a time to your exact spec (texture, length, lace, color, density). Ready-to-Ship pieces are pre-built and leave within 48 hours.
If I provide a hair color inspiration photo, will the final custom color match it exactly?
Please note that colors of wigs may vary slightly from the photos. • I strive to match each unit as closely as possible. • Highlights or unique color patterns may look slightly different due to lighting or dye variations. Rest assured, we aim to recreate every unit as accurately as possible!
What's your return policy?
All Sales Are Final. Due to the custom and hygienic nature of our products, all wig units are made to order and all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Can I have you build a unit from my own bundles?
Yes! Please refer to the WIG RECONSTRUCTION( NOT PREVIOUSLY MADE BY THE T COLLECTION) service.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs or import fees required by their country. We are not liable for customs delays.
