Processing Time

All orders are processed within the timeframe listed on the product page or during checkout. Because many of our wigs and hair products are custom-made or prepared to order, processing times may vary depending on the item purchased.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as:

  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • DHL (for select international orders)

To help protect your purchase, all packages may require a signature upon delivery.


Shipping Time

After processing is completed, shipping typically takes approximately:

  • 1–4 business days for domestic orders
  • Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before completing your purchase. TheTCollection is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information submitted at checkout.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, TheTCollection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


Insurance & Lost Packages

Shipping fees may include insurance coverage to help protect your package during transit.

If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, a claim may need to be filed directly with the shipping carrier. We will assist where possible, but reimbursement decisions are determined by the carrier’s policies and investigation process.


International Orders

We proudly ship to select international locations.

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by your country.
  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by TheTCollection.
  • Delivery timelines for international orders may vary depending on customs processing and local carriers.
