At TheTCollection, we take pride in providing luxury-quality wigs, bundles, and hair extensions crafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the custom and hygienic nature of our products, please review our policy carefully before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final
All orders placed with TheTCollection are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on wigs, bundles, lace products, or hair extensions once an order has been placed or delivered.
Because our products are considered personal-use items and many units are custom-made or customized upon purchase, we cannot restock or resell returned hair products.
Order Issues & Exceptions
Customer satisfaction is important to us. In the rare event that an error occurs on our end, such as:
- Receiving the incorrect item
- A confirmed manufacturing defect
- Missing items from your order
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@thetcollection.shop with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos and/or videos of the issue
- A detailed explanation of the concern
If approved, TheTCollection may offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:
- Replacement item
- Repair or remake of the unit
- Store credit
- Partial refund (if applicable)
Conditions for Review
To qualify for review, products must be:
- Unworn
- Unaltered
- Free of product buildup, odor, or damage
- Lace must remain uncut and intact
- Returned in original packaging (if requested)
Any item that has been worn, customized, colored, washed, cut, installed, or altered in any way will not be eligible for review or replacement.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled on the same calendar day the order was placed before 11:59 PM CST.
Once processing, customization, or production has begun, the order becomes non-cancelable and non-refundable.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an order with TheTCollection, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy. Filing a chargeback for a valid delivered order that aligns with this policy may result in refusal of future service.
